We are looking for vendors who create unique handmade crafts, fine art, and photography, as well as vendors who sell vintage goods such as books, clothing, records and household items.
Vendor Fee
The vendor fee is $75. Your application will not be complete until you pay the vendor fee.
Application Deadline
The application deadline was October 31, 2009. It has now passed.
Acceptance Notification
Picnic is a juried craft fair. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status via email on November 5, 2009. All applicants who are not accepted will be refunded the vendor fee; or checks will be returned if paying by check.
Payment
PayPal is the preferred method of payment, but checks are also accepted. Checks may be dropped off at Ferdinand, 243 Congress Street, Portland ME. Checks should be made out to Picnic LLC.
Refunds
The $75 fee is refundable at any time until applications close on October 31st. After October 31st vendor fees are non-refundable.
Additional Info
Please add picnicportland@gmail.com to your address book so our emails don’t go to your junk mail folder. We will be sending out some important emails between now and December 12th.
If you are applying to share a table with a friend, submit one application. One person should be the main contact and is responsible for the full fee for all parties involved.
Each vendor will be provided one 8′ table and two chairs at no additional fee. You cannot display items outside of your allocated space.
Please apply online. Printed applications that are mailed in will not be accepted.
